The rpm-list is hosted by Red Hat and is supposed to be archived at archives.redhat.com, but in the meantime, you can also find it archvied at:

To subscribe, send mail to gtk-list-request@redhat.com with `subscribe gtk-list` in the body.

There is also a usenet newgroup available.
